We wrote last week that USC is no longer recruiting point guard Ryan Boatright, who committed three years old when he was 13-years-old.
So what would happen if Tim Floyd were still the Trojans’ coach? Would he have taken Boatright, who remained committed until Floyd resigned?
More likely, Floyd would have done what he did with several recruits who committed in the past (Andre McFarland, Quinton Watkins) and quietly made it clear he wanted to go in another direction.
