Tight end Blake Ayles apologized tonight for making an obscene gesture to a pair of Notre Dame fans during warm-ups before Saturday’s game.
“I just need to say sorry to the school and sorry for wearing my jersey and doing that,” Ayles said. “It was just me being disrespectful. I just felt bad about it.”
Pete Carroll is making Ayles perform some type of community service over the incident.
