The father of USC quarterback Aaron Corp said no decision has been made on whether Corp might transfer before next season.
“Has (transferring) come up?” Yes,” Chris Corp said. “Like the subject always has. Even when he was in high school.”
Chris Corp said his son has not asked for his release or made a list of schools he would transfer to.
“Aaron hasn’t made any decisions about anything,” Chris Corp said. “I think really what we’re talking about instead of transferring is what are Aaron’s options at USC? I’m trying to recommend as a father what his choices are.
“To be honest with you, I truly don’t know (if he will transfer). I know Aaron loves the sport and loves it at USC. What’s the lifelong lesson if he comes back and drives it 110 percent the next two years and forces the coaches to see he’s improved and pushing Matt (Barkley).
