Dual Loyalties

On Sept. 18 the Washington-Nebraska game will kick off at 12:30 on ABC. USC plays Minnesota at the same time on ESPN. That is a change for the Pac-10, which used to prohibit TV games being played at the same time.

    I don’t see a problem with putting two premier teams on at the same time. I think the Pac-10 should want to get on ESPN has often as possible.

    However, because these are non-conference match ups, is that a different scenario than conference games…which the Pac 10 can undeniably control?
