An NCAA recruiting committee decided to support a proposal that might prevent colleges from offering scholarship to middle schoolers. Wonder where they got that idea from?

  • They should actually be forced to honor their offer to these kids, even if they go to have lousy H.S. results

    The NCAA is a cartel.

If the kid had committed to Notre Dame or Florida it wouldn’t be an issue.

Have you actually seen this young man play? His mechanics are horrible for someone who supposedly worked with Steve Clarkson. But, Clarkson is an over rated air bag who self promotes at every juncture. Lets see how this young man pans out. Any college that reaches down to this grade level to offer a kid a scholarship is not acting very wisley.

Rumor has it that Florida has already signed Tebow’s unborn child.

wow. another slap across the face from the NCAA. how can Southern Cal handle these humiliations? they are now the British Petroleum of the college world.

Nobody realizes that the scholarship offer was just a joke. Much like when you see a little kid catch a ball and you yell, “Sign him up for the Dolphins!” It’s not really serious. Lane was just kidding.
