NCAA enforcement chief David Price will retire in December. Why do I mention this? Because Price previously worked at the Pac-10, where he personally conducted some investigations of USC in the late 1990’s. He even re-opened a case involving USC that the Pac-10 dealt with when he moved to the NCAA. He was not specifically mentioned in the NCAA transcripts regarding the Reggie Bush case, but it would be naive to think he was not involved in some capacity.
