This is from the article re Larry’s Scott: “He wants to market the Pac-10 more like a professional league.”
Oh, don’t let the NCAA see THAT quote!
Seriously Wolf, who gives a flip! You obsess about the stupidest things.
I have a feeling Larry Scott is biding time in his little office in Walnut Creek waiting for David Stern to have a stroke. It’ll be just like after we added the Arizona schools. That same “what the hell did we do that for” feeling until 2020.
Not really. All 10 of the 10 schools in the conference can see mountains from their campuses.
I like it. It looks cool, and it’s finally better that every team will have the Pac-10 logo on their stadiums and uniforms.
I saw it, and immediately thought this must be the logo for the Mountain West Conference.
Why the F do we have a giant mountain in our logo? Did Colorado and Utah want it? I understand branding, but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
I think the PAC 10 commish is intent on crapifying everything.
There’s also a giant wave over the mountain.
I suggest you read the following article, written by a real journalist, for the full story on the new logo:

I agree with USCfan.
Thanks for the link, Sureshot.
