Reserve center Abe Markowitz fractured his right foot during Sunday’s practice, which means he might end up needing to redshirt this season. Markowitz was the backup to Kris O’Dowd on the depth chart and means Mike Reardon will probably become the new backup.
Of course, Reardon did not practice Sunday because he was injured.
