  1. Where’s UCLA?! They scored against Oregon’s backups in the 2nd half!!!!!
    AUUUUUUUUUUU-WOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  2. UCLA is up two spots to 108th. They got rewarded for only losing by 90 points last week.

  3. BruinSlob —

    Lambeau is on the mark.

Have you ever uttered anything other than an insult or drawn little pictures of your face. Go away dude. Go annoy some other blog. At least come back with a name that does not make you an instant laughingstock.

  4. @Bruin Rob (Moron), if you knew HOW TO READ, I think you’d see that’s NOT what “Lambeau” was saying. I think he’s saying he doesn’t believe there are 22 teams in the top 25 that can beat USC. Aka, maybe only 7, 8, or 9 teams. Or 12, 13, or 14 teams. Just not 22 teams. It has nothing to do with Stanford OR Oregon.
Your stupidity continues to amaze me!!!!!!!!
    FIGHT ON!!

  5. Sugary sweeeeeeet comments by the Cadre’s BEST member!!! For those who don’t know, he received member of the month for his tremendous commentary on Wolf’s blog!!! You GO Bruin Rob!!!
    (_*_) Taste it!! (_!_)
    AUUUUUUUUUUU-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

  6. Hokies better than SC for sure. Miami too high. ECU and Syracuse a joke. Hard to tell about TCU but I’d have Oregon #1 for sure. Wolfie just put them at 2 in case SC beats them – he doesn’t want to admit SC beat the No 1 team in the nation (not that it’ll happen).

  7. Uh, no, spedjones. Wolf has had TCU at #1 for a couple weeks now. Nice try, bRUIN.

  8. A question for all… Would anyone reading this bet their own money that any of the following teams would beat USC:

    Mississippi State
    Oklahoma State
    Iowa
    Miami
    South Carolina
    Florida State

Hell, even teams like Missouri, Oklahoma and Michigan State probably wouldn’t intimidate SC, considering USC’s stellar non-conference record. I know I wouldn’t.

Realistically, USC is top 15 team and will likely be come season’s end.

But not to worry, SC will continue to be a powerhouse football program with tradition, collegiate All-Americans, and NFL Hall of Famers (USC has most in the NFL HOF).

    Fight on!

  9. TCU is not the best team in the country. They are very solid, but just like BSU, plays some of the weakest teams around. Wait until the end of the season and I doubt either will be unbeaten. If they are, a top-tier team will knock them out in the bowls.

As for Wolf’s ballot, this is the same genius that had Texas at #1 for three weeks. Three losses later, The Longhorns are headed for one of their worst seasons in many years. As his Yo-Duh character might sarcastically say: “Some analytical skills has that Wolf.”

  10. That’s right, Free_Thinker. Boise State is solid, as is TCU, but neither of them would beat Alabama.. maybe Oregon. What will be interesting though is which bowl game they play in. There aren’t many great teams this year. I still think 1-loss Alabama is the best team in the country, with Oregon a close 2nd. Auburn is starting to look like a serious contender too. It’d be interesting to see if TCU and BSU could beat Ohio State, Auburn, hell even USC. BCS bowl games should be either pretty fun to watch or really bad this year.

  11. “I don’t see 22 teams in the top 25 that can beat USC.”

I would have to agree with that.

I would also say that “I don’t see any team on that list who would be a sure thing to beat USC”

I would bet money that USC would beat:

    8. LSU
    12. Utah
    16. Ohio State
    19. Miami
    20. Iowa
    21. Mississippi State
    22. Oklahoma State

Dr Arthur, I would bet $$$ that South Carolina would beat USC

And, I think Oregon St. might beat them as well.

  12. USC wold NOT beat Utah, no way. The Utes run a spread offense, senile Monte doesn’t have a clue on how to stop it. The arrogance of USC fans never ceases to amaze.

  13. @Dr. Delusional, they would ALL kick USC’s ass – yes, every single team you point out would DESTROY your trOJies, NUFF SAID!

@Ghost of Charlie Bucket…thank you Charles, I do my best to bring these cheating trOJies down to earth. They are so stupid!! they think that just because they beat Cal they are all that…pssst, whatever! LMAO

    Go Bruins!!

  14. Spot on Lambeau. Alabama, Oregon and Auburn most likely will finish in top three, but who knows what the order will be. Especially if SC gets some payback and dumps the Ducks. It could happen.

By season end, any one of those top three would beat TCU or BSU. Oklahoma and OH state could bang on door as well.

We’ll never have a playoff, so I am beginning to enjoy the madcap craziness that BCS has foisted on us. With AP splitting off, this means possible controversy –and excitement– every year.

  15. Bruin Rob, it was sarcasm, you’re an idiot!!!
    AUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

  16. @charlie’s impersonator, DUH!! really? no shit shirlock!! the real Charlie’s Ghost has ONE “t” not “tt” idiot! LMAO

@Stinker, like it beyatch!! 😛 (_!_) Lick it good!

  17. No way Alabama and Auburn will end up in the top three! If Auburn runs the table, and wins their conference championship game, they go to NC game. And, Alabama is possibly left out of any BCS bowl.

  18. Good luck to the Trojans this weekend. Even if USC loses all the rest of their games, they (like Washington St. and Kansas) will get at least $3 million more from the BCS than the loser of the Utah-TCU game. Does that make all you BCS lovers feel better? Anyone who still defends the BCS after Wetzel’s DEVASTATING book, probably defends the Soviet figure skating judges. As for the hypothetical USC vs. TCU, last time it did not go well for the Trojans (excerpts from the report follow): “Tailback Basil Mitchell ran for 185 yards and two touchdowns and the Horned Frogs held the Trojans (8-5) to a Sun Bowl-record minus-23 yards to produce another upset in the 1998 bowl lineup. TCU’s offense and its defense buried the Trojans early, producing a 28-3 lead early in the third quarter…”

  19. I don’t usually care about Wolf’s ballot, but Syracuse? Really? It’s great to see them winning games this year, but they are far from a top 25 team at this point.
