Seantrel Henderson, The Sequel

It looks like highly touted offensive lineman Cyrus Kouandjio is this year’s version of Seantrel Henderson. Kouandjio, who was recruited by USC, said on TV he would attend Auburn. But he is now talking to his high school coaches and has not signed a letter of intent.

  1. That’s messed up but as long as it isn’t USC in the Auburn role this year. Go Go’s comment may be closer to the truth. Remember, Seantrel Henderson de-committed after the NCAA sanctions rolled in. Did Cyrus get a “now that you’re part of the family, we’ve got some bad news about what’s coming” conversation? Is there fallout from the Cam Newton pimping debacle?

  2. ESPN just reported that Cyrus is wavering because he is waiting to hear from UCLA’s head coach. The bruins are in a heated battle with Moorpark College for a semi-coveted 5’10”, 217lb, offensive tackle from Encinitas. If the tackle picks Moorpark over UCLA (which is looking likely), that would free-up a spot for Cyrus.

  3. @DeLorean.. Understand that the “semi-coveted” kid is a really heavy lean towards Moorpark now, because he’s pissed that he can no longer play on Norm Chow’s O line!
Maybe Cyrus just might get a shot at aclu.. OH NO, just in, one of the kardashian’s just gobbled up that scholly! It must have been the one with the big a$$!
