USC v. UCLA

There must be plenty of topics for the commenters, such as comparing recruiting violations committed by the UCLA coach against the current allegations against the USC coach.

  1. Kiffin and Neuheisel like two trees in same forest, found guilty of being trees, by a jury of their roots.

    So say Master Rob.

  2. Too many topics…. or lack thereof Scotty. No competition in this rivalry! Only topic to discuss on this blog is how many comments “Charlie Bucket” or BruinSlob will leave in a single day.. or what nonsense they’ll discuss in order to avoid the simple fact that head-to-head in sports, USC continues owning UCLA. This has become pathetic.
It was fun watching Lane Kiffin beat Neuweisel in the Rose Bowl (which USC happens to own) this past season. Hope Neuweasel stays so we can keep beating his ass every year. Hahahahaha FIGHT ON!

  3. The difference is the recruiting violation RN did were before UCLA (10 years ago), while Kiffin was accused of contacting Tennessee players that were already enrolled there when he switched to USC less than a year ago, so his questionable practices were not limited to his Tennessee tenure, but currently.

USC is a complete joke, thank your lucky stars Pat Haden is the new AD, if not this laugh factory known as USC would continue to supply us with all the laghter we can handle for the next decade, instead of the next 6-7 years, as your football program will suck the big one, once the scholarship reductions start taking effect – which will be in three years.

  4. Laugh factory. Really?

I think that’s the narrow perspective of a rival.

Instead, a broader one would be the laughter coming from teams that find UCLA on their schedule.

  5. I’m trying to understand how 7 consecutive BCS games with a 6-1 record classifies Southern Cal as a laugh factory. Oh right, good programs have 0 BCS games on their rsum, like Fucla! But hey, I’ll try to stop “living in the past” LMAO
    MEDIOCRE ON!

  6. @lbc trojan, fair enough question…there are many reasons why USC is the laugh factory, I will point out a few of them now.
    1. the Bush scandal.
    2. USC complaining of being treated like a Red Headed step child by the NCAA – when the real truth is the NCAA looked the other way when USC was blatanly violating every rule you can think of such as:
    A) when Joe McKnight was being recruited by Carroll and Carroll got on a three-way call with Reggie Bush to assure McKnight that Bush never did anything wrong and to assure McKnight USC would never be punished by the NCAA.
    B) Matt Leinart’s dad paying the rent for Dwayne Jarrod when he roomed with Leinart an some luxury apartment in Marina Del Rey.
    C) Reggie Bush driving the vehicle in question in the investigation.
    D) McKnight driving that SUV that belonged to the aspiring agent, that McKnight claimed to be his girlfriend’s.
    E) rampant steroid use by the USC football team…when one of the assitant coaches got into an automobile accident there were hundreds of small vials with a clear substance all over the car, the questionable vials were reported to the NCAA and the NCAA never even bothered to look into it.
    F) schools suspecting/complaining constantly about steroid use by the USC football program, and the NCAA never botherd to look into it.

    3. over two dozen arrests to USC football players during the pete carroll era, including 4 rape arrests, and Carroll never suspending any of those players, while at other schools players were being dismissed for similiar actions…thug teams.

    4. having the top recruiting classes year in and year out and having but one BCS title.

    5. recent arrests to former trojans: Everson Griffin – consecutive nights…Mitch Mustain…Mark Sanchez with a 17 year old High School girl, in California he would be behind bars for stautory rape.

    6. Pete Carroll, bolts before the sanctions so he wouldn’t have to face the mess he created.

    7. Eveytime we log to the internet there seems to appear a story about USC looking like idiots, not only the players but also the coaches, that’s hilariouis!!!
    8. having some of the dummest sports fans that are living life in denial, in woshiping a team that constantly bring embarrassment to the school and the program, and you’re in denial, just like YOU ALL said that USC would NEVER be placed on probation, now THAT IS FUNNY!!

I could go on and on, but I gotta go make some money, you guys don’t pay me enough to be on here all day entertaining you losers.

  7. re: RuinRob, I started to read your extensively exhausting diatribe of “facts”, but figured that since it was from you, why should I be the only person that reads it, cuz bro, nobody else will either. You must have lots of time to waste on your job down at the car wash. You just can’t accept it can you, ucla is a nice little school but just can’t compare to or compete with USC. b-bye

  8. @ bRuinB00 #1 No concrete proof on any of your allegations. NONE.

    #2 See #1

#3 Not ONE conviction. Not one.

#4 One more than Fucla will EVER have

#5 Sanchez is NOT in California. Again no convictions

#6 No proof of that. PC took a great opportunity

#7 Show me ONE story like that. There are NONE

    #8 Laughable.

#9 You’d give your left nut to be a Trojan. You are actually a fool ROFLMAO 8 Clap

  9. Well said, steve49. I didn’t even bother reading beyond the first two sentences of RuinSlob’s novel. What a joke this guy is. Enjoy USC’s blog! Fight on!

  10. BruinRob,

You spend more time on Scott’s blog than anyone else. Do you ever visit Jon Gold’s site? I took a quick look and didn’t see anything. Aren’t you interested in lesbian athletics?

It seems to me that you have some serious inferiority issues. By the way, I hope you enjoy the next few months – this will likely be ucla’s last year in the US News and World Top 25 Natl Universities rankings (as Sc continues its ascent toward the Top 15).

By the way, an allowance from mommy doesn’t count as salary.

  11. Let’s all remember here Bruin Rob never attended ucla. I don’ think he ever came clean on where he actually went to school, so that would make me think he didn’t. The poor bastard has chosen to live vicariously through westwood high. His experience at Cerritos was not satisfying enough so he jumped on the wrong band wagon in town. He owns seasons tickets to ucla football so he is surely pissed at having to pay to watch what remotely resembles a football team in the half full Rose Bowl (which we own and have owned for 50 years.) So actually pity and sorrow should be reflected on this poor soul. As Brother Dupree has pointed out, he can’t spell so that again relfects on his lack of education. We are all sorry for you bruin rob, and find great amusement in your meanderings. You clearly know more about USC than your adopted bankrupt state institution – which will clearly decline in all facets of education and athletics as the state of California and ucla go down the proverbial toilet. Just remember, four and eight, ain’t it great!! Rob on your next post, please sign off with the butt hole signature. It is so appropriate for you.

  12. BruinRob,

One quick question – are you sure English is your native language? Based on your posts, it seems more likely that you’re a refugee from a war-ridden, third world country. Just curious.

  13. I would like to wish your coach and basketball team nothing but the best of luck in tonight’s basketball endeavor. How can he possibly lose on his own bobblehead night?

  14. Yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!

“Waitress, Ketel One on the rocks, please.”

  15. Dudes, please stop replying to Senior Douche Juice.. a.k.a “Bruin Rob”. He accidently got access to the internet via my mac book air which I left on the box of crates of usc trophies in my warehouse which he was sweeping up.

I’m sorry. I’ll try to make sure he goes down the the basement to sweep from now on…

  16. Where are you “Mr. World University Rankings” man? Aren’t you going to congratulate and thank Sc on tonight’s big win?

  17. W.E.B.,

Way to take a shot at BruinRob but then again he does tee them up for us doesn’t he?

  18. vexed the trojans, BruinRob has!

    use the force, he does!

much anger in them, i sense!

    anger leads to fear.

    fear leads to hate.

    hate leads to suuuuuuuuffering.

    see through them, i do.

  19. @steve 49, I’m in a good mood and thankful for USC beating Arizona tonight, so I will save my words for another time.

I just got back from the UCLA ASU game, and we were all very excited at Pauley Pavllion when it was announced that USC had beaten Arizona tonight, thank you Trojans!! (notice I used a capital “T”?) the loss by Arizona gives UCLA the opportunity to be tied for the Pac-10 lead if we beat them on Saturday, with two games remaining…in behalf of the Bruin Faithful, thank you little Trojan brothers!!

P.S. I don’t give a rat’s ass about spelling, and the rule on blogs is this: Anytime you resort to pointing out grammatical errors, or misspelled words etc. it’s because you LOST the battle, and you have nothing else to say, out of frustration, out of shame of being defeated, etc, etc…and besides I couldn’t care less if I spelled correctly the name of a Trojan player or not! now, if it’s a Bruin player’s name I’m misspelling – well, that’s a different story…

Thanks again, Trojans for beating Arizona, you made our night complete good night, I love you lbc trojan 70, Rusty Buckets, Sam Gilbert, NOBS. Monopoly, Scottneedstolearnfootball, brotha Dupree, Zovoz, and steve 49, thank you for all the love.

    xoxo

    Bruin Rob

  20. Rob,

You do realize that your posts are so pathetic that even Charlie Bucket couldn’t help taking a poke at you under one of the many aliases he uses?

  21. @Jetroll, Brother Dupree might be Charlie, maybe not…but I find it completely acceptable to purposely misspell the names of U SuCk players and bloggers, so misspelling Duane Jarod’s name is perfectly okay.

Furthermore, I’m only here to keep you trOJies on check, and constantly remind you to take your heads out the sand, as it is equally stinky as having them stuck up your asses.

  22. Rob,

First of all, thank you for keeping us on check. Furthermore, please do me a favor and list all of the
“over two dozen arrests to USC football players during the pete carroll era”. I can’t remember all of them.

  23. @bRuinSlob: Do you realize there are far too many USC fans that don’t even give a shit about this blog that you’re not influencing? Even the ones that DO read this blog mostly ignore you. I find you extremely interesting and entertaining though. I’ve never encountered a person so stupid as to argue with USC fans and use UCLA as a legitimate counterargument LMAO…
So, are you happy pissing off maybe 5-10 people? Out of the tens of thousands of USC fans that attend USC football games each season? Wow, some accomplishment, bRuinSlob! Congrats!
Hey, at least you’ve got my attention. Giving me a break from my beyond-difficult parks & recreation job 😉
Enjoy USC’s blog little bitch! FIGHT ON!
