Make the Pac-12 the premier conf.? The Pac-10 already was with 388 NCAA Team National Championships. The Big Ten has 249. The SEC has 168. Add individual titles and the Pac-10’s dominance grows even larger.
Between UCLA, Stanford, and USC alone we have 298 championships. Third place USC with 92 NCAA Team Championships (first place if you added football) nearly doubles the 4th place finisher Ok St. with 50.
Now with the new TV deal in place the nation will see what was already the truth: The Pac-12 is “the conference of champions”.
