Scott On Sanctions

“These sanctions, notably the postseason ban, have a devastating effect on current student-athletes, most of whom were in elementary and junior high school at the time of the alleged violations. To me, that is a source of great frustration and disappointment. Going forward, we can and need to do better in terms of the enforcement process.”

  1. Hey Mr. Larry Scott…you can take out the word “alleged”. They all took place and there is no question about it. Just ask the 10 football players for the next three years that won’t be at usc.

  2. Scott, that’s a bunch of bullshyt! every player on the squad KNEW that USC was potentially going to be on probation when they were being recruited – unless of course they and their parents had their heads buried in the sand.

That they were lied to by Carroll, Kiffin and Orgeron that nothing would happen is another issue, but they certainly KNEW about the consequences of joining a team that would NOT qualify for any Bowl, etc. etc.

So stop this non-sense about “these kids were in junior high school and elementary school”, n****h please!

  3. RuinB00b, you’re just jealous because your classmates have left you behind in elementary school and have been able to get into a great university.
