A: USC is not interested for a few reasons. He’s already backed out of one desitination. More importantly, I think this is a non-starter simply because of the 15 scholarship limit. I think four quarterbacks might be one too many especially since he is not going to be an incoming freshman and would essentially be the same class as Jessie Scroggins.
