I hope we can hire him as the email coordinator in our new compliance department.

This ends the possibility of penalties for the buckeyes. No more sanctions…investigation over. See you in the Rose Bowl in 2012. Any wagers?

So if PC had resigned, nothing would have happened to USC? I doubt it.

Somewhere in the Bay Area, Al Davis just got a strange tingling feeling. “Get me a phone!” he snapped. “I’ve got a call to make.”

The NCAA has really painted themselves into a corner here, needing to give USC-level sanctions to OSU and UNC, possibly Auburn, or face overwhelming public indignation at unfairness and inconsistency. Oh wait, that assumes that they care what anyone thinks. Never mind. Now if NCAA does attempt to send a consistent message to all of the major football programs and crushes OSU, UNC, and Auburn, does that make a difference in “the way things are done” in college football?
