Midweek Games Argument

Larry Scott again said this week he wants every Pac-12 school to host a Thursday night game.
“Everyone will have to participate and will have to host. It’s got to be something everyone partakes in,” Scott said.
USC’s already told Scott that its 7,000 parking spaces on campus are 90 percent full on weekdays, which leaves 5,000 spaces at the Coliseum. So who is going to blink first? Will USC just grin-and-bear it when Scott comes arm twisting for 2012?

  1. Larry Scott is going to push it until USC gives in, after it goes horribly bad we (hopefully) won’t have to hear from him again on the topic.

Of course he’ll give us sanctions for failure to monitor the freeways…

  2. I’m so sick of Angelinos whining about their parking. Take the bus. Hell, the Expo line will be open by then, too. Take the train. And stop crying like entitled children about parking all the time.

  3. It’s called parking in the hood fella’s! Been doing it for years….

    Progress…

  4. If Mike Rae’s caddy won’t fight the NCAA, what gives you the idea he has the balls to fight Larry Scott?

  5. The ONLY schools that will support this is Oregon and Oregon State, what else is there to do in Eugene and Corvallis on Thursday night?

  6. Maybe vee should sent Marc Tyler to zee Pac 12 office to negotiate viz Mr. Scott. Unt he could give him zee Marc Tyler Special right on his schtupid face! AH! AH! AH!
