Maybe Mr. “NO MAS” will understand his attitude on this subject matter is not conducive to winning support from the fans & alumns. We will see how much of the targeted $5 billion he wants will be realized when his fundraising program gets underway.
Actually, some of us donors/alums would prefer to move on instead of picking at the same ol scab. The NCAA screwed us but they’re not held to any standards other than their own and at this point it would be a huge PR hit for them to say anything other than SC cheated, even in the face of overwhelming public opposition. And given that our membership in the NCAA is voluntary, I doubt a court would enforce any action against the NCAA, fair or not. Sorry, but we’re not going to win this no matter how hard we got screwed.
