What Rotation?

Offensive tackle Matt Kalil said the starting line was in the game for every play against Minnesota.
“All of us played every down,” Kalil said.
What happened to Lane Kiffin’s promise during the week that who started did not matter because he would rotate throughout the game?

  1. All the comments were predictably negative. How about looking at the positives:

    1. Nice long td pass to Woods

    2. Barkley did not come close to an interception, and only had a couple of poor throws. He was lasering the ball in there

    3. No fumbles for the Trojans

    4. There were 45 passes or so, and a few drops, but the boys were making good catches all day. There was All-American Woods of course, but 7 other receivers caught balls

    5. Morgan showed some promise up the middle and McNeal had the play of the game with that long run around the right side when Troy was reeling.

First half was a good half for SC. It was the first game of the year, a lot of new players were being broken in, and there is usually a big difference in play between the first and the second game, so we will see.

Oh, and by the way, SC won the game. Ugly or not, I will take it, because it was a game the Trojans could have lost.

  2. Maybe if coach in over his head spent more time developing his players instead of trying to figure out how to get the team wearing black socks, black uni’s etc, they wouldn’t SUCK ON OFFENSE !

And oh by the way, they will lose plenty of games like this if they keep this crap up, they won’t play a pathetic Minnesota team every week.
