Barkley Reaction

“I was yelling at Robert (Woods) to get down because I could see the clock. That play never really goes that far across the field. It’s designed to turn upfield, it’s just unfortunate. I think the issue was his knee was down and the clock started running again. I saw Kiffin call a timeout but they didn’t see it. It’s just unfortunate it didn’t work out for us.”

On the crowd: “It was the most energetic and electric crowd I’ve ever seen at the Coliseum.”

  1. well, not only does ChuckerBucker get to STAY on wolfman’s sugar sweeeeet blog, but my comment about the Pious Passer NEVER leading a comeback win remains accurate!!

WHAT A NIGHT!! I FEEL SO ALIVE!!!!!!

  2. That was a bonehead call by Coach Sunshine. All we needed was a 7 yard pass and have the receiver fall down, call timeout and kick the winning field goal like Ron Ayala in Sacred ’68.

  3. Yeah, and maybe if MB7 had handed off the ball correctly it wouldn’t have been fumbled for the loss.
