Big Stop

USC stops the Bruins at the 1-yard line on their first possession. Now the Trojans need to stop Joseph Fauria, who eluded Lamar Dawson on one play.

My Pick

Anything can happen in rivalry games and Lane Kiffin said the point-spread is insignificant when rivals play. I would argue playcalling is the key as demonstrated by the 13-9 loss to UCLA in 2006 when Kiffin called the plays.
That said, I don’t see anything crazy happening today at the Coliseum and I don’t see USC suffering an Oregon hangover. So here is my pick: USC 49, UCLA 17.
