Morning Buzz

San Diego State opens spring practice Tuesday and we hear former USC tailback Dillon Baxter’s already had some punctuality issues. That will not surprise anyone inside the USC program.

Come on DB. We still rooting for ya. Last chance to show what you got…

he’s not focused because he’s sitting out this year

He should’ve transferred to UCLA! It’s tradition there to ditch practice! It’s no wonder they’re a powerhouse…

    Mediocre on though!

Dillon’s my boy, but UCLA might be a little too “mean and nasty”

  • Bruin Rob is a Moron

@Fightonbigfella: Yeah, UCLA is gonna be “Mean and nasty!” this year, according to Rob.
CAN’T WAIT to see what that equates to in the field. Rofl.

Hey Scotty, who’s fault is it this time that Baxter can’t be on time? It’s certainly not your boy Dillon’s fault is it? During his 1 1/2 years in the USC program this ass clown had issues, and you were the one CONSTANTLY making excuses for him, and then you were calling out Kiffin for not playing him more.

Question is, do his cloths still smeek like an herbal skunk?

It will be interesting to see whether Dillon ever hears the wakeup call. Natural talent gets you to a point. When everyone around you ranges to better than you to almost as good (in college, mind you), effort and discipline will leave “talent” in the dust. I hope Dillon gets squared away in San Diego — early indications are that he will always snatch defeat from the jaws of victory no matter how much of an opportunity he is afforded.

Since Steve Cooley is stepping down as DA, the prisoners of Troy will no longer have free rein to commit acts of violence and acts of burglery. It is amazing that even that was announced after signing day!
