No doubt team is playing better now than under Kreuter, but Cruz concedes it’s still a rebuilding process. Part of that rebuilding is aiming for regionals — a low goal for a program rich in tradition. But tradition doesn’t get you any wins. Something the roundball fans across town are all too familiar with.
