Open Practice

Saturday’s football practice at the Coliseum at 11 a.m. is open to the public, USC announced today. Why USC could not let the public know sooner than today is an inconvenience considering how many people want to go to a practice or scrimmage and probably wish they had a little more advance notice.
Parking is $10 and cars can enter lots on the South (off Martin Luther King Blvd.) or West (off Robertson Way/Menlo Ave.).

    I’m a homer, I root for both teams and I try to attend as many games as I can of both schools.

    I also attend quite a few practices when I find time, so I might be at the Coliseum this Saturday. Does anyone know if there will be a cover charge?

    And what is it with all these Cerritos references?? Cerritos happens to be one of the finest JCs in Southern California.

    I don’t know what happened to my post, but I said earlier that I’ll be at the 50 yard line on the thirtieth row wearing dodger gear and holding NOBS ‘ urn in case any of you had to go to the bathroom.

    Regarding your wife’s ashes, are you still mad that you didn’t watch “The Big Lebowski” and learn your lesson regarding scattering ashes off of Palos Verdes cliffs at 4pm in the afternoon?

    You may find that Urn missing for a couple of quarters during practice, while you are shatting yourself in fear of the mighty trojans getting better right in front of your eyes. When you find that urn again, look inside, i’ll have left you a nice surprise!
