Former Tennessee forward Renaldo Woolridge will visit USC on Friday and the Trojans are considered the frontrunner to land him. The interesting part is Woolridge would be eligible immediately because he will have graduated from Tennessee.
Woolridge, who is 6-8, is the son of former Lakers forward Orlando Woolridge and averaged 4.3 points and 3.3 rebounds last season. He is also considering UNLV, UTEP, Cal and Wake Forest.

  1. Wow….INSTANT OFFENSE (4.3 pts per game), ALSO considering Basketball Power House’s UNLV (Owner of ONE NCAA Basketball Championship…That’s ONE MORE THAN SUCks), UTEP, and Cal. Be Still My Heart!
CKO has got it all going on! Way to Fit on Torgans!
    FIT ON!

  2. ngggggaaaahhh!!! i haven’t seen a set of horse-teeth like those since Desmond Farmer!!!

plus his legs are skinnier that the Baby QB’s!!

where on Earth does Southern Cal come up with these basketball misfits???

and the trOXans think Gio Fontana the lil’ Italian fellow is gonna save their season!!!

oh that’s right, Dewaynde “the Lottery Pick” Deadmon is comming back too!!

well, CKO will coach these jamokes up, but the lack of talent is shocking!!! what did they have, the worst record in HISTORY last year??? i would say hawr-hawr, but these guys warrant sympathy, not more ridicule!!

  3. Also, since Bucket posted twice in a row I thought I might as well also.

I don’t necessarily think that Fontan is going to “save the season”, considering that every starter next year will be different than last year (obviously not implying this team will be great), but they will obviously be better.

And seeing as how this is a USC basketball topic, I hope you UCLA trolls enjoy posting in an empty thread.

  4. Hilarious that Charlie Bucket doesn’t see how obvious he is waiting 1/2 hour after posting as his alter ego ThaiMaxiPad. Also humorous that they/he were/was too scared to respond to my comments about them/him yesterday. Everyone knows they’re/he’s the same troll.
Onto basketball. USC has an awful basketball program but has a football powerhouse that has continued the tradition even through PROBATION and a BOWL BAN! #1 or #2 preseason immediately off of sanctions?!
Now where do I start with UCLA? Basketball powerhouse who hasn’t won a title since the EARLY 90s! None before that since the 70s!
    AUUUUUUUU-WOOOOOO some powerhouse!!!!!
I thought basketball schools were ALWAYS contenders?!?
At least the bRuin dummies got to see them CHOKE AWAY three straight Final Fours a few years ago!!! (chortle)

    TROLL on though!!

  5. Also, THIS is just hilarious…

    Son of Charlie Bucket said:

50-0: you guys are worse than “13-9” with your lame “50-0” which of course was a totally meaningless game, UCLA had already won the Pac12 South and were conserving players for the Bowl game. to the contrary, 13-9 was a historically crushing loss to UCLA that knocked the Choking trOXans out of the Natl. Champeenship game!!

Conserving your players for the BOWL GAME that you LOST to Illinois?!?!?! ROFLMAOOOO they ended the season losing 6 in a row.. yet.. UCLA STILL managed to lose AND become the WORST bowl team (6-8 record) in NCAA HISTORY!
    Bahahahahhahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!

Cowardly bRuin geeks won’t bother responding though.. so TROLL on anyway!

  6. Not surprising that Wolf reported this incorrectly about his eligibility on Tuesday.

  7. They couldn’t have been “conserving players for their bowl game” because:
    1. You don’t do that in college. Especially in a rival game.
    2. The next game was not a bowl game.
    3. They didn’t know they were going to a bowl game.
    4. In the case that they won, they would have had a much better chance of going to said bowl game.
    5. They still got crushed in the next game (Oregon).

Thanks UORB for pointing out that – I missed that post.

That being said, keep in mind they’ll just keep changing their arguments until they work their way back to something in their favor. It appears that the only winning move is not to play.

How about a nice game of chess?

  8. Thai, Bucket, Count, Yoda etc,

We’re still waiting for any one of you to guaran-f’ing-tee a title in hoops for UCLA next year. What’s the matter, are all of you afraid to? It seems at least one of you would have the cajones to do so.

  9. Fucla hoops is getting all the TOP players in the nation! After choking in THREE straight Final Fours, they have NO excuses now!!! Guaran-fing-teed champeeenship coming to Westwood!!! (chortle)

  10. Hey ThaiBucket – I know why one national title rings a bell for you. That’s how many UCLA has won in the last 37 years.

    Talk about Yesterday U…

  11. Geez Louise!! i come on this site for news and jibber jabber about SOUTHERN CAL sports!! this is “inside Southen Cal” is it not?? so why is it that within a few posts all the Chattering Nabobs are talking about UCLA???

one might conclude trOXans were suffering from a massive inferiority complex!!! even when the topic is strictly about Southen Cal basketball, the trOXans immeditately become TOTALLY OBSESSESD with UCLA football, bowl games, the entire Executive Council of the Classy Cadre, etc!!!

    amazing, Comander!!

    quite.

  12. Bucket,

So you have come back with your predictable response. Now what about that guarantee?

  13. LOL nice try bucket. So… no response to that natty SHAAZZAAAMMMM should bring in? Oh, and just catering to the audience, it’s all bRuins here!!!

  14. USC should be guaranteeing at least a Pac-12 title with the son of Orlando Woolridge in the team, I’m sure that 4.3 points per game was just a fluke. C’mon Trojans, grow some balls and predict greatness with the new addition.

  15. Balls? Doesn’t UCLA have like, every good recruit coming to Pauley Pavilion? Have some balls and predict a championship for the first time in 20 years!

    “Basketball school” on!

  16. ^^^^ Go ahead and predict a national title in football, after all don’t you have the front runner for the Heisman trophy? and the two best receivers? c’mon cool guy, why not predict a national title in football? is it perhaps because USC is just not good enough to even win the Pac-12 south division? me thinks yes, that is the reason for you showing N O B A L L S.

  17. USC will win a BCS game. I have no way of predicting whether or not the hype will get to their heads and have a let down game, injuries, and what not. If none of those things are an issue… USC will win the BCS championship. I have that faith in my team.
Do you have that faith in yours with how loaded they’ll be? Probably not, LOL
Choking in THREE STRAIGHT Final Fours would kill my confidence too!! (chortle)
