Blame??? What a simplistic question! Its an economic decision by both parties. Pac-12 Network has a cost and DIRECTV has a price they are willing to pay. If the two do not meet, commerce is not engaged. Assigning “blame” is evidence that Wolf does not understand microeconomics.

Directv has a record of not being able to seal the deal with networks. I dropped Directv a couple years ago because they suddenly stopped carrying one of the major sports networks. Now they can’t close the deal with the Pac-12 network? I don’t see the other carriers doing this. I would suggest everyone avoid Directv if you are a sports fan.
