Olympic Trials Recap

USC graduate Jesse Williams, the current world champion in the high jump, finished fourth at the U.S. Olympic Trials but still made the Olympic team because third-place finisher Nick Ross did not have the Olympic “A” standard of 7 feet, 7 inches.
Meanwhile, former USC runner Duane Solomon finished third in the 800 meters to make the Olympic team.
