1. too bad her efforts don’t count, after all she’s only a woman. now, if the AP had a womens golf tournament, ALL the she-trOXans would compete greedily !!

   i find it extremely amusing to know the trOXans chapter of the “he-man woman hater’s club” on this site talk big, but would NEVER dare utter those words around their wives or daughters!!

2. Fight On Lizette! Great story on her a couple of months ago in the Times. First year on the tour. She has steadily improved. But this is by far her best placement…and in the US Open…WoW!

3. Bucket, it’s not that we don’t appreciate women’s athletics. I do. It’s just interesting that the major sports (football, basketball, baseball, even volleyball and water polo) at UCLA aren’t winning the bRuins any national titles. They’re all in, what, gymnastics? I was very proud of the women’s soccer champeeenship. But go on troll, spin it and do your trolling.

4. Why would an AP Title make a womens’ championship any more valid? It’s still a womens’ title. You do know what a title is right? It’s something that’s usually earned, not handed to you on a platter by a ridiculous bureaucracy that gets butthurt when you can afford lawyers.

   But please feel free to ignore all rational arguments here AARPucket. You keep working that nursing home, I’ll keep working Sharkees.
