With USC landing three recruits this week, is there any reason to think cornerback Jalen Ramsey will not commit to the Trojans on Monday? And how many defensive backs will USC take? Cornerback Chris Hawkins already committed and Santa Monica wide receiver Sebastian Larue is a possible corner.
USC is also still recruiting star cornerbacks Vernon Hargreaves III and Priest Willis. As I mentioned yesterday, it would hardly be a surprise if someone commits and then later is dropped or encouraged to “consider their options.”
Already, there is speculation about LaRue, who plans to take his five official visits.

I may be behind on the latest news — is the DB Tahan Goodman no longer a prime target? Or is ‘SC no longer a top choice for him? I also don’t know if he’s considered a better get than the DB’s mentioned above.
Seems to be shaping up as an excellent class … but there’s still that nagging concern: we’re all going to learn an awful lot about how strongly contemporary recruits consider a “verbal” commitment.
i wonder if the two mentioned CB’s might find it a bit crowded class at their position and explore options.
