Saturday Buzz

Penn State tailback Silas Redd is expected to be on campus today. His family is also trying to make the trip east in order to see USC before he makes an official decision.

  1. That’s gonna be a hell of a trip. Wouldn’t it be easier on the family if they took the more conventional WEST-bound route to California?

  2. “make the trip east”? Why don’t you find a job you care about? This is a perfect example of someone who just doesn’t care. Lazy.

  3. Hey,Scott, since the family is traveling east, at least as reported, make sure they book an RTW ticket to include New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Magadan, Anchorage, Los Angeles, and then back to Pennsylvania.

  4. The family lives in Connecticut, but they are probably vacationing at Disneyland Hong Kong and Wolf scooped you all.

  5. Another Priceline casualty: “You’ll go where and when we tell you to, suckas!”

  6. A classic Wolf-ism. And now he’ll leave it uncorrected just to irritate everybody.

  7. For you idiots that didn’t know, his family is currently vacationing in Hong Kong, therefore the family would be traveling East. Rather than judge Scott, why don’t try asking him why they will be traveling East, next time.

  8. Going east? Gargamel you’ve sunk to even a low I didn’t think you could reach. He’s flying to the uk huh u fucking fugazi

  9. Bahahahahahhaa zee Vulfman veely screwed zat one up beeg time!!! AH AH AH!!

  10. Is it possible, Scott, that the Redd family is visiting the University of South China? Otherwise, what reason would they have to travel east?

  11. I have not followed this blog long enough to know why there is such venom for this poor man. Is it really the case that mistaking “east” for “west” deserves such an eruption of bile. The poor fellow. We live in a world of quick commentary in which I thought such mistakes are excused. What’s really going on here? Is it envy? Without a doubt some would do a better job than he is doing, but that’s never a real issue. It’s always the case everywhere and at all times. Let me tell you, there is nothing sophisticated going on here. If you want your USC degree to count for something, you might try behaving as if your school encouraged your personal and moral development at least a touch. That is after all what they were aiming to do. Often what distinguishes a man is what he does not say. Grow the fuck up!

  12. USCkeptic –
Just keep reading this blog and you’ll understand. Michael Lev at the OC Register does a great job. Wolf? Not so much. This blog is like a horse on ice. You feel terrible but you keep watching. This blog has 2 redeeming qualities – 1) intelligent commenters (i.e. NJ Trojan) and 2) some comments that will truly make you laugh.

FWIW – Wolf once claimed that Keyshawn Johnson wore #1. That is a cardinal sin.

    Fight On!

  13. What distinguishes a man is what he doesn’t say…says the man who uses the “f” word.

  14. Mr. Keptic, I believe that Wolf perversely enjoys getting his readers riled up like this. Over at Jon Gold’s UCLA blog, anybody who bashes Gold gets banned. Meanwhile, almost nobody has ever been banned from this free-wheeling Red Light District of a blog, with the notable exception of our departed friend Nobs (but if anyone had it coming, it was Nobs).

  15. Trojanfan, and I’m referring to the real one, you are a real piece of shit! I am ashamed to be associated with you, please remove the “trojan” from your handle, you truly are an embarrassment to USC. FTFO

  16. ^^^^^ Hey Bucket, looks like you’re up to your same old bullshit….No!, you’re the REAL “piece of shit”

PS….bruinrod said you need to tighten it up….ouch!!!!
