Practice Report

Offensive tackle Aundrey Walker made an appearance but wearing a brace on his wrist and did not practice. He said he did not know when he would return to practice.
Wide receiver George Farmer said he his hamstring feels 100 percent right now and he looked good in pass routes. But right now the No. 3 wide receiver is De’Von Flournoy, who caught several deep passes and caused Lane Kiffin to complement the offense’s ability to finally go over the top of the defense in training camp.
The offense also fumbled three times.
USC practiced on Dedeaux Field to give Howard Jones Field a day off.
USC’s games with Oregon and Notre Dame at the Coliseum are officially sellouts.

  1. A shame Chad Johnson didn’t see this post before his terrible weekend. He could have just said he was given Evelyn a day off.

  2. Interesting that Wolfbag not only does not identify who the fumblers were, but it is obvious that this, as with most all of Wolf’s reports come from twitter instead of him actualy getting off his rotund ass and covering practices. If this were the only Trojan football blog in town, it would sure as hell be a shame!

  3. thanks scott

BTW, any word on the other injuries??

what exactly is wrong with L Dawson??? Is he done for the year, or what length of time?

    and the other LB injuries??

This would really be a problem if we had to play Scott Starr or Sarao or whoever…no knock against them they are great players but just are very young and have no experience..I don’t think we would beat oregon twice with them at LB..
