Dion Bailey says he is “light years” ahead of last year in his understanding of the linebacker position while freshman Zach Banner downplayed differences between left and right tackle. Link here.

  1. “USC coach Lane Kiffin is worried Hawaii, a 40-point underdog in Saturday’s game, will experience a competitive advantage if it discovers whether his linebackers are healthy this week.” Wolf is the only writer I can think of that would write a lead like that.

  2. I really hope USC-Oregon is a 1 vs 2 game so we can show those cousin-fucking shiteaters in the south what offense is supposed to look like.

  3. I say that we run the Wildcat, but instead of a RB taking the snap, it’ll be Zach Banner, and the man in motion will be Max Turek. Instead of the Wildcat, we’ll call it the Wildfat.

  4. Nice opening paragraph in the column Wolf. You sure sound like Rick Reilly, aka like a douche…

Go take your ball and play with CryMexican elsewhere. Bane Kiffin wants nothing to do with you…

  5. Dion Bailey is about the same size as Matt grootegoed. I believe he is faster than Matt was. But is Dion as smart in diagnosing plays? To my knowledge, Grootegoed never made the same mistake twice on the football field. And rarely did anyone escape Matt when he tackled you because he rapped you up and you went down, not this knock you off the feet big hit stuff being played today. “Correct me if I am wrong???

I just hope Dion succeeds in becoming as good a LB as Matt was by his senior year. I wish Matt was helping our LBs because he was a damn smart player. If you have the chance, watch him when SC played Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl for the NC.
