Lost Money

Allstate Insurance is donating $100 to USC’s general scholarship fund for every extra point and $300 for every field goal the Trojans make at the Coliseum this year. That means USC lost $300 when Lane Kiffin unsuccessfully went for 2 points after three touchdowns against Hawaii.

  1. I’ll donate 5 Nuheisel Nickels for every extra point made to the “Fire Scott Wolf” fund…. Who’s with me?

  2. Allstate Insurance is capitalist swine. Great university USC should not take dirty swine money. It is disgrace to honor of great university.

  3. lol@ftfo!

This may actually be a little more serious than Wolfie lets on. If we don’t kick PATs, their in-game logo on the catch net doesn’t get displayed. So if Kiffin gets a talking to about this, might that affect the integrity of the game on behalf of a sponsor?

  4. Holy crap?!?! $300?!?! We better shut the school down.

By the way, nice of Allstate to dig so deep for a donation. Pretty sure most of the small business owners on here could come up with more than $100 per xp.

  5. Jezro, well i will say the “Russian Bear’s” antics have allowed me to become a fan of Google translate. but it’s not me. another guy said he thinks the bear is wolf.

and arent you afraid your mention of “FW” will result in severe sanctions?

and when is the “new server” going to be implemented?? so many questions.

  6. Bucket,

My Russian is shaky to say the least. I intended to ask you about Ed Collins but it could have gotten mixed up in the translation.
