Left Tackle Questions

A logical question following Lane Kiffin’s criticism of Aundrey Walker is whether the left tackle spot should have been handled differently. For example, Kevin Graf spent about a week at left tackle during spring drills before being sent back to right tackle.
More legitimate to me is the idea that freshman Max Tuerk manned the spot during training camp when Walker was hurt and maybe Tuerk deserved to start instead of immediately giving the spot back to Walker.

    And if Lane had put Kevin Graf at left tackle, creating yet another switch on the offensive line, you would have criticized him for creating even more changes the week of the Stanford game. Get a life, Wolfie.

    Bottom line is if Holmes isn’t back soon it doesn’t matter who’s blocking at their respective positions.
