Quick Thought

Isn’t it always the priority to win instead of worrying about stats? What was the priority the previous two years?

  1. Bowl ban = of course stats were priority! It’s how we became preseason #1 and since we were that now we’ll be back to the top as long as we win out. But yes obviously stats were priority to get country to pay attention. Notice Lee & Woods were recognized as best wideouts without any national exposure from ESPN until this season w/o bowl ban

  2. Really?…This passes for a blog with college fans and alumni?

I like to read blogs from several universities and the USC fans on this blog are by far the most ignorant I’ve ever observed. And I’m not even biased…have nothing against the school itself.

    It’s sad, really.

  3. Fifty to Nothing – stats were absolutely not why SC was ranked preseason #1. Expected top draft picks at QB, C, WR, and RB were why. Imagine that – top draft picks across the offense and we have the production rate of a union on strike.

  4. Those same top draft picks started out just as slowly last year then exploded in November.

    You’re all naive.

Can’t wait to hear your tune in a couple months.
