That was the team that beat USC?
That was exactly my reaction, with a bunch of backups playing for Washington…can you imagine what Washington is gonna do to USC?? That’s gonna be fun.
There’s RuinSlob trolling an SC board again. What a thrilling life this UCLA fan has, huh?
UW just lost a game by what, 38 points? Comparing one week to another is illogical. What IS logical is saying USC is everyone’s big game. Stanford got USC drunk and U-dub hungover. SC played a tough Stanford team on the road. Win out, beating Oregon twice, good chance we make it to miami. Lose to Oregon once, we smell the Roses after a 4-year hiatus and I don’t mind that kinda New Years.
I never mind “settling” for another Rose Bowl! We own it, after all. Fucla wouldn’t know, right Rob?
I asked scott how many times he farts and poops and i cannot wait to hear his answer i like hearing the sound of farts and smelling them. farting can be crunchy
The national exposure of the poor fundamental football in that game really hurt the Pac 12s image. Of course our strength of schedule just took a big hit for the BCS rankings. We have to root for Oregon to stay undefeated until we play them or our chances of crawling back up the BCS ladder are doomed.
A tard like Suckisian can actually beat a crappy Stanford team … but our genius Goatboy Kiffin cannot.
Goatboy you are in the wrong business.
Watching Stan vs SUCK was painful , both team are bad. But what happens if SUCK beats GOATBOY LOL
So early this tgiFriday we have comments about farting and Suckisian, and yet the dumbest by far is FiftytoZero’s idiocy – “Comparing one week to another is illogical.” – this is pure garbage. Comparing teams week by week is often the only analysis you get early on in the season. What a MORON. Stop the SC-promotional crap about SC being everyone’s biggest game. Our opponent’s haven’t beaten ANYBODY (unless you have the audacity to count Stanford beating SC as SOMEBODY)! How is our Heisman calibur QB only 30th in passing nationally! With the best WR corps?!?! What’s Kiff gonna do with Lee, Barkley, Graf, Neal, and Holmes gone next year. They are the only reason the O isn’t bottom 40! Get your head out of your butt FiftytoZero.
The loss to the “Tree” is looking ever more dark. Say goodbye to any national championship game even in the unlikely scenario of running the table.
Hey Bruin Rob is my idol, Goatboy Kiffin, QueenKiff, you girls all have something in common, USC haters…So why don’t you all get together and pull a train
PS…don’t let bucket find out, he might get jealous
troll on women
50-0 with another ass whipping just around the corner!!!!
No, the USC offense is the team that beat USC at the Stanford game.
So I guess Trojanfanface finds acceptable KittyKiff’s vastly underwhelming offense? Kiff’s offense is Beamer running on a Geo Prism engine.
Qeenie appears to be the new “ThaiMex” on this blog….
Hey Qeenie it’s obvious your football IQ is on the low end of the scale, with that being said, I think you would fit in great with the guys that hang out in the tree house(cadre)….
Hey bucket….a scooter….really!!!!!!….lol
Wolf knows just how to antagonize some of the shallower commenters on this blog.
How did UW win? First, did anyone notice they were the home team? They also stacked the line and they’re pretty fast on defense.
So how did Stanford’s offense play?
They dropped AT LEAST three long catchable passes (mixed in with Nunes’ usual 3-4 very poor throws towards open guys) and lost their FIRST fumble of the season. The Cardinal defense played very well, but made the huge mistake it never did against ‘SC: misreading an end-of-quarter, late-in-the-play-clock handoff and watching it go long down the field for a TD.
It was still a close game (as was ours), but every contest is different. Anyone who saw UW play @ LSU and Stanford play @ UW has to appreciate how much college football is like that.
Yes, it is also the team that you, as a paid college football analyst, voted as being the 10th best team in the country.
First of all, if comparing teams week to week is the only analysis we get this early, then LSU sucks, RIGHT??? Auburn’s only win was a narrow victory over UL-MONROE. LSU beats Auburn 12-10? Yup, THEY SUCK. Idiot.
SC will be fine. They went 10-2 last season with 1 loss being in triple-overtime to the Heisman Runner-Up despite a hideous loss @ ASU. I think there’s a shot the Trojans will be just fine.
I’m the one with the “SC promotional crap”??? I’m not the one who drank the kool-aid and FREAKED THE FUCK OUT when SC lost at the Farm. Again, idiot.
SC plays Oregon (probably twice), Notre Dame, and on the road at what could be a decent UCLA team. Win out and they have a great shot at going to Miami. We’re in late September…….. just imagine late November one we’ve played Oregon, UCLA, Notre Dame, and probably Oregon AGAIN. Don’t think that’ll give SC that late-season push in the polls if they are hot?
USC fans are THE worst. Fuck you trolls on this blog. Out.
Whenever there’s a low-scoring upset or closer-than-expected victory in the rugged SEC it’s proof of what a powerful conference the mighty SEC is. Whenever the same thing happens in any other conference it’s proof that the top teams in that conference aren’t as good as previously thought.
Oh,I’m the one slurping the kool-aid huh? You’re the one talking about a national champioship run. Yes, after what we’ve seen of our OL, Barkley’s bad decisions, and KittyKiffs one-dimensional play calling you’re still thinking national title. You’re a dumbass. A DUMBASS!
This is consider journalism?
Anyhoo, Auburn almost beats LSU, Auburn is destroyed by MSU, so I gues MSU is a lot better than LSU. Maybe MSU should be ranked in the top 5 using Scott’s logic. I guess we should also rank Clemson higher than LSU because they beat Auburn by a larger margin.
Fifty, you seriously have got to stop drinking that kool-aid, it’s obvious you are either retarded, or completely clueless. Sure, everyone (including me) were expecting Barkley and the Receivers to light up the scoreboard, on paper they should have, but the truth is USC has a weak OLine, and can not and will not be able to defend a type of defense that will come after them all season. Stanford exposed them, and proved that Barkley sucks when he is out of the pocket…yeah, keep recruiting dozens of 5-star Receivers and 5-star Qbs, what good is that gonna do? you can only have one QB in the game and only two WRs on the field, all the other 5-star players are on the bench…your recruiters need to take lessons from “Mean and Nasty” Jim Mora and his staf. UCLA didn’t have more than one 5-star recruit, but we filled all of the holes that needed to be filled up, USC? they did not. Even in the current 2013 class they failed to get more than 2 OLinemen. UCLA with 6 starting freshmen on our offense is and will be a force for years in the Pac-12 and nationally beginning in 2013. As for your 50-0 reference I LOVE IT!! because of that score, we now have “Mean and Nasty” and his great staff that is kicking ass and taking names.
All I gotta say to all this nonsense being spewed on this page is YEAH BUUDDDDYYYY!!!!!
Oh, and Trojanfap is a douchebag.
The PAC 12 is tough and getting tougher. Even if SC were to win out, which I don’t think, there will be at least one undefeated non SEC team that will play the SEC champ in the BCS title game. Probably Florida State, or a Big 12 team.
The Pac 12 looked awful last night. This is a down year for the league. The loss to the Indians looks even more inexcuseable.
“TrojanFan” i never address you since you are of no consequence, but i am calling you out on this: you think one of our players getting hit by a car is “LOL”??
that goes into “the file”.
i sure hope no trOXans get hurt this year.
“Revenge of Charlie Bucket” i never address you since you are of no consequence, but i am calling you out on this: I think one of your players getting hit by a car, WITHOUT A HELMET ON is “LOL”
that goes into “idiot file”.
i sure hope the Ruins wear their helmets, while on their scooters and not get hurt this year.
PS….The guy was breaking the law with no helmet on and he received multiple stitches to his head, lack of the proper protective gear is what i was laughing about, not the injury it self
Let me refresh you on what the law is:
Safety Helmets: Required
27803. (a) A driver and any passenger shall wear a safety helmet meeting requirements established pursuant to Section 27802 when riding on a motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, or motorized bicycle.
(b) It is unlawful to operate a motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, or motorized bicycle if the driver or any passenger is not wearing a safety helmet as required by subdivision (a).
(c) It is unlawful to ride as a passenger on a motorcycle, motor-driven cycles, or motorized bicycle if the driver or any passenger is not wearing a safety helmet as required by subdivision (a).
(d) This section applies to persons who are riding on motorcycles, motor-driven cycles, or motorized bicycles operated on the highways.
(e) For the purposes of this section, “wear a safety helmet” or “wearing a safety helmet” means having a safety helmet meeting the requirements of Section 27802 on the person’s head that is fastened with the helmet straps and that is of a size that fits the wearing person’s head securely without excessive lateral or vertical movement.
(f) This section does not apply to a person operating, or riding as a passenger in, a fully enclosed three-wheeled motor vehicle that is not less than seven feet in length and not less than four feet in width, and has an unladen weight of 900 pounds or more, if the vehicle meets or exceeds all of the requirements of this code, the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, and the rules and regulations adopted by the United States Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
(g) In enacting this section, it is the intent of the Legislature to ensure that all persons are provided with an additional safety benefit while operating or riding a motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, or motorized bicycle.
Amended Ch. 32, Stats. 1991. Effective January 1, 1992.
Amended Sec. 4, Ch. 710, Stats. 1997. Effective January 1, 1998.
….and fuck you, you are always trying to ride my ass after some of my comments
Hey USCuntquer…what are you trying to say here?
“All I gotta say to all this nonsense being spewed on this page is YEAH BUUDDDDYYYY!!!!!”
PS…the feeling is mutual
Despite the fact that you’re probably a bRuin troll acting like an SC fan just to get under people’s skin, I’ll respond again.
You REALLY believe Kiffin, who has a history of high-powered offenses and is recognized by almost all analysts, coaches, and former players as a good play-caller, has opened up the playbook yet? You REALLY think an O-line that returned 4/5 starters suddenly sucks because Kalil is gone? Are they as good? no. Did they get owned w/o their All-American center at Stanford? yes.
…and for these reasons you suddenly believe SC was a fraud as almost everyone’s preseason #1? Right. Talk to me in November, dickhead.
Stop trolling and get a girlfriend, you fucking geek.
FTFO (to the true Trojans)
Ps. Remember when we got embarrassed at ASU last year then ended the year playing as well as anyone in the nation? I do. Give that a chance and enjoy the fucking season. Your bitching gets NOBODY ANYWHERE.
Stanford is a big strong football team with a terrible quarterback. This permitted Washington to stack the line of scrimmage and focus on shutting down the Cardinal running game.
That said, I thought Stanford dominated the game and did what a visiting team needs to do to win. The last TD run by Washington was pure luck. That sort of lucky run happens now and then when teams stack the box on short run 4th down situations. Sort of the mirror opposite of prevent defenses.
What can be learned from comparing teams? I think Stanford is a much better team than Washington and would win 4 out of 5 games in Seattle. Price over Nunes is the only reason the Huskies were in the game.
USC should beat Washington up there by 2+ scores. Wins over Utah and Washington should get the program headed back in the right direction.
Other than Oregon and USC, there are no fine football teams in the Pac 12. Which is ok because there are no fine football teams at all in the Big 10. Maybe 2 in the Big 12. Maybe 3 in the SEC, 2 in the ACC. I do not see any undefeated teams still standing in December.
This is from the OC Register.
“Zumwalt prevented a more serious injury because he was cautious.
‘Thank goodness he had his helmet on and had it buckled,’ Mora said.”
That means that your whole argument was just invalidated. You are a f’in moron you twerp. You fake Trojan.
Fifty to Zero, what a schmuck.
The report I read was he didn’t have a helmet on and that would explain all the stitches to the head….I think Mora is confusing a football helmet with a motorcycle helmet, wouldn’t be the first time he was confused
So how do you explain “a lot of stitches to the head” if he had a helmet on
Dude you are dumber than i thought
ps….please explain “you fake Trojan”
I have a feeling you have never been to a USC game….lol
TrojanFan, you disgrace USC. The next Stephon Johnson situation, the Ruins will be all over us after your stupid ass comments.
They are all over us for the performance of the team, nothing new,…I don’t give a fuck what happens off the field….just going with the flow….have a nice do
“What a schmuck,” that’s it? Nice, I must have made my point well.
Thanks for writing some real shit to Trojanfap, lbc. He disgraces us time and time again and embarasses all true Trojan fans . Don’t waste too much thought on that douchebag though.
Where did Trojanfap come from anyway? Just appeared out of nowhere and started spewing vomit.
As a general Cadre rule all members MUST wear helmets while being transported in the bread box aka short bus, shorty, yellow sub. Rules are made to be followed.
