Frederick C. Shaller, the judge who ruled the NCAA was “malicious” in its investigation of Todd McNair, graduated from USC in 1976.

Actually the NCAA the NCAA protested the first judge assigned to this case. They settled on Shaller thinking he would be more favorable.

Do you really think a judge is going to screw up his reputation over some assistant coach? Doubt it. Plus the NCAA does not want “sealed” docs released. Hmmmmm. Why not? Something to hide?

Looks like NCAA is gonna finally what it deserves. I right now think that Haden has played everything just right and can stick a knife in NCAA’s back and keep the smile on his face. Apologies, reinstated titles, money lost, more recruits? What else can Haden request.
