Notre Dame 19, USC 10
One senses USC needs to score now or else this game is lost.
Halftime Thoughts
The game is close (16-10) and USC is only a TD pass from taking the lead. But the Trojan continue to show some of the same shortcomings, especially an extremely soft pass defense. Notice how it gets tougher for Notre Dame inside the 20 when the Trojans cannot keep backing up.
And Lane Kiffin keeps his all-or-nothing attitude with deep passes.

Signs Of Game Day
Here are some of the best signs:

“USC ball boy deflated my other sign.”
“Hey Kiffin, Tennessee is hiring.”
“We pLAy below expectations.”
West Coast Bias
We hear ESPN’s Chris Fowler said during the telecast of GameDay that being on the West Coast and Thanksgiving weekend accounted for the smallish crowd size this morning outside the Coliseum. Uh huh.
