Kiffin On Barkley Comment

Lane Kiffin said he did not agree with Matt Barkley’s comments to Dan Patrick on Monday that the offense focused too much on wide receiver Marqise Lee to the detriment of other players like Robert Woods and the tight ends.

“No, I don’t think it’s true,” Kiffin said. “He had one more catch than Robert had the year before.”

      It was as much Matt’s fault as Kiffin’s, Kiffin may call the play but Matt should be able to check the D and see the one- on -one match or audible. If Matt can’t do that, NFL will stand for Not For Long for him.

    I was actually pissed before, but the aforementioned fact has become clear to me.

    Need an example? Remember when he threw his ENTIRE team under the bus last season? Reporter asked him to evaluate his teams performance and he responds, “we have one good player on offense.”

    Seriously, his off the field antics, chicanery, have really painted the university in a terrible light.
