USC coach Lane Kiffin apologized to the city of El Paso during his Sun Bowl press conference visit Thursday for linebacker Tony Burnett’s twitter criticisms.

“That doesn’t represent any of our feelings, how we feel,” Kiffin said. “We have not been in a bowl game in three years. It’s been a long two years.”
