Barkley Not Practicing

USC quarterback Matt Barkley wore a jersey and sweatpants in El Paso today but did not practice with his teammates, who were in full pads for their first Sun Bowl practice in the Lone Star State.

    On XM/Sirius Radio (College Sports 91) Tuesday, Barkley was on with the Baylor QB.Matt indicated that he’s not planning to play given that normal healing time is another 4 weeks away.
