Wide receiver Sebastian LaRue decommitted from USC today. This is not a surprise because even when he committed he was not solid. And the spin is he is not considered good enough by USC to play wide receiver. Why USC took his commitment in the first place is a bit odd because I always got mixed signals about him in Heritage Hall.
Nevertheless, this is not like Eddie Vanderdoes’ decommitment. If anything it frees up another scholarship. Maybe USC can sign another defensive lineman instead.
I guarantee it that the “signals” you get from Heritage Hall are NOT from anyone higher than the Spanish speaking janitor. And Martin is gone.

2013 – USC 9, UCLA 10
2012 – UCLA 12, USC 20
2011 – USC 4, UCLA 55
2010 – USC 5, UCLA 8
2009 – UCLA 5, USC 9
