Tahaan Goodman, Priest Willis Commit To UCLA

The one-time USC targets committed to UCLA today. The crosstown rivalry gets more interesting every day. Does Kylie Fitts have a little sister that Michael Cooper can offer a scholarship?

  1. You forgot to mention that Tahaan and Willis were lower on USC’s recruiting board than the two safeties that were signed and presently enrolled in school, McQuay and Sua

    • Mcquay and goodman are ranked one after the other on scout’s list of safeties. You think Lane would have gone cross country and burned Fitts if goodman was actually interested? And Willis is scouts #4 cb, a 5 star, ranked well above Hawkins. Don’t for a second think Lane didn’t want him.

      • Marco………………POLO
        Marco……………….POLO
        Marco……………..POLO

After what Spedjones just did to you…..YOU are ONE FISH OUTTA THE WATER!

        BOOM……ROASTED!

        • HA HA HA!….looks like a get the last laugh

          Nice try bucket

PS….take it easy on your “Boy Toy” BRU CREW, the guy now has really bad limp (much like yours)….And keeps posting on the ruin blog…

      • Hey spudjuice, you fucking idiot Willis a is Safety. You don’t know what position the guy plays, so instead you try blowing smoke up our ass…..Did you know there’s more than a scouting service, LOL

..YOU are ONE FISH OUTTA THE WATER!

        BOOM……ROASTED!

        • Look at scout rankings my friend and roast that. I’m simply pointing out what’s already there.

        • Hey TrojanShit, 1) Willis is good enough to play either position. 2) If u follow his recruitment u will know that’s he’s set to play CB at ucla, not safety.

          BOOM!!…DUMBASS!

        • You can debate his position withe the guys at scout, who have him as a 5* cb, and the guys at UCLA. Who want him as a cb. Roasted? Perhaps you were when you posted this one?

  2. AUUUUUUU-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

UCLA moves ahead of both Alabama and Southern Cal!!!!

all these UN-comits are destroying the long talked about #1 class!!!

once again the trOXans go from One to UN!!!!!

more pieces to scatter!!!! the Cadre’s work in NEVER DONE!!!

  3. What I’d like to know is why Tahaan had a SC hat on the table when they
    weren’t recruiting him anymore.

    • Marco, you are blind to the larger problem. First, there will be a few more decommits. Second, even if all 5*, where’s the OL? Where are the local kids? And why so many kids leaving so close to signing day? SC will have a lot of talent, no doubt – but as of now, scout shows UCLA with 16 kids ranked 4* or above, and they’ll add 10-12 more kids to that total before the 6th. So, go ahead and feel smug with a handfull of 4&5* kids, but be aware that you are the last to see what’s really goin wrong.

      • Hey Sped, other than Christian Morris SC didn’t offer any of your great offensive linemen recruits, and where’s your QB, seems to be an area of need that hasn’t been addressed. SC’s class is quality not quantity….Sua, Mitchell, Hawkins, Falah, all local recruits. As far as more decommits, that’s the nature of recruiting, and nothing is final until that letter of intent is signed….

        • The fact that you didn’t offer means little. In fact, it proves my point – after lane blew last years OL class at the hands of Furd, where are the bodies? And no, Marco, 4 commits out of 15 is not a good local class. Mora may have missed on a QB this year, no question, but he’s still trying and may pull a rabbit out yet.

          • Mora is going to have to pull that rabbit out of his ass because all the top quarterbacks are off the board. It’s 4 out of 13, and SC is able to recruit nationally, so who cares where they come from as long as they are top notch players. It’s early, I know, but Kiffin is addressing the OL withs 3 OL commits for 2014, and 2 are local recruits since that turns you on…..

          • Uh, Marco, UCLA is only interested in one QB, he is the #5 Dual QB in the nation, they are not interested in any other QB. UCLA is set at QB, all the QBs they have next season are sophomores, and red shirt freshmen, and all capable of doing the job should Hundley get injured, especially Jerry Neuheisel, that kid is really good, he would be starting in half of the Pac-12 schools next year.

          • Jerry Neuheisel, can start at half the Pac-12 schools, yeah right! He didn’t even have an offer from any other Pac-12 school when he came out of high school.

          • It doesn’t matter, Colin Kaeppernick got ONE offer, and he took it to Nevada, look at him now. Neuheisel is smart, and has a great arm…he would start at Colorado, Utah, WSU, and OSU.

          • Please, do yourself a favor don’t mention Kaepernick, and Jerry Neuheisel in the same sentence……

          • you brought the subject, by saying Neuheisel had only one offer, Kaepernick also had one offer, who would have thought he would be doing what he’s doing? Jerry is a stud, his sprial is about as tight as they come, he can do multiple reads, he’s a leader on the field, well respected, and he’s as tough as nails. (here comes trojanFan with his gay referenes) in 3, 2, 1….

          • No, he hasn’t, and I bet he won’t every see the field during

crunch time in his 5 years there. The dude can’t play….

          • Give me a break, he’s a freakin scrub who’s on the team because his daddy can pay his tuition.

          • Remember a few years ago when the Towel Waver Guy on the sidelines had them give a scholie to his son too?

          • Your foolish at best. U have not attended 1 practice to see Jerry operate. Jerry has a great arm and command presences while running the offense. If Bret goes down, Jerry is next up.

          • Unfortunately, I have attended Bruin practices in San Bernardino since I live in Redlands, and a friend invited me. If Jerry is your backup, its safe to say that you have the sorriest backup in the Pac.

          • Haha, not worthy? Have you seen the schools that offered our OL commits? Oregon, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio St, Nebraska, Michigan, Florida State… List goes on. UCLA will end with a top 2 OL class, and SC will end up with a center. But you are right on counting those 2014 recruits as in the bag…we see how we’ll that’s working the last few weeks of this recruiting season!

          • You ideally should have at least 4 OL recruits every year because some never pan out, switch to DL etc.

          • you should know better. The OOS guys leave in far larger numbers than the local kids. Look at past classes. Look at who transferred. Mainly OOS kids. And it will continue to happen. The reason it’s important is because it shows what those following recruiting in SoCal already know – words out that Lane sucks. Takes longer for that word to get to Florida and Kentucky, but it’s on its way. First you lose the locals, then you lose the OOS, then you’re done.

          • Morrell Presley, Randall Carroll, Malcolm Jones, Josh Shirley all local guys, and they all left UCLA after signing with them, so give it a rest. You can hate all you want! It must be tough being Avis and having to compete with Hertz……

          • Spedjuice keeps putting his dick in his mouth, but he’s so obsessed with the enemy he can’t tell the flavor changed

          • actually, all but Jones were pushed out. Nice try. I can give you lots of local names that busted at SC too. Still doesn’t change the fact that OOS guys transfer more quickly.

          • Pushed out, left voluntary, whatever, you recruit nationally when you can, and bring in players like, Cushing, Jarret, Williams, White that lead you to national championships. The SC brand allows the Trojans to bring in these gems, and they don’t have to apologize for it….

          • Do we have the most players in the NFL? I can’t think of any other college that could challenge us besides Bama and LSU.

          • If you two trolls are looking for some support around here bucket has a special jockstrap collection that might work….just saying…….

          • please don’t insult homosexuals or anyone else who has consensual sex with some one living ,he/she/it, is into ” consensual intimate acts with corpses.” Trogon fon is a NECROPHILIAC. He/she/it gets a serious case of Sialorrhea anytime sex is mentioned, well corps sex.

          • dude, how many more freaking times will U try these regurgitated wanna be jokes? U need joke rehab. Call 800-need-some-good-jokes. that’s the international hot line for dumber than the dumbest dummies like U.

        • Uh, Marco, that is exactly the problem with USC’s recruiting, they didn’t offer enough OLinemen, an area they needed to gain depth at, their OLine is gonna be terrible next year with very little depth.

          • It’s the big story out there right now. The only story. It’s a big, big
deal, even for those local media LA media folks who should know better
            and seldom cover recruiting anyway.

Because it might happen. USC could lose a couple here.

            And
sure, the Trojans have commitments from an unprecedented 11 of the
Rivals Top 100 compared to defending champion Alabama’s eight, Ohio
State’s seven and the five of Notre Dame, Texas and Florida, the next
            three in line.

No one else has more than the four of LSU and
Florida State. But to put the USC numbers into real focus, how about
this: USC’s 11 Top-100 commits more than double the number of the other
11 teams in the Pac-12, who have a grand total of five — Oregon (with
two), and Arizona, Stanford and Washington with one each.

            Another
way to look at the USC 11: Only by counting Atlantic Coast Conference
members not in the league for another year, like Pittsburgh and
Louisville, does the entire ACC total 11 Top 100 commitments.

            Then
there’s the quailty quotient. Three among the top 10 and four of the
top 12 are USC bound. For comparison, the entire SEC has four of the top
10 and five of the top 12.

And USC has done it despite being
limited to 15 signees a year for three years, 60 percent of what the
            Trojans’ rivals are allowed.

But why write about that stuff when you never know what might happen and it’s so much fun to speculate about decommitments.

            Much
more fun than talking about what we do know, like how this
unprecedented Trojans class had all 14 commits playing in the two big
high school all-star games — the Army All-American and the Under Armour
            bowls. That’s never happened before.

          • Geez Marco, i give up trying to explain to you…they “top 100” players USC got, do NOT fil the voids left by graduation, nor they add depth in areas of desperate need…such as the OLine and DLine, this is why USC went 7-6 in 2012, these areas are even thinner now, because of graduating players and players that won’t be eligible for a 6th year of eligibility…so you’re looking at a 5-7 best in 2013.

          • What voids!! SC, only lost one starter, Khaled Holmes on the OL, and starter Wes Horton on DL, so they have 7 out of 8 players back on their DL 2 deep, and on the OL they bring back 7 out of 10 in there 2 deep, so I don’t know what the hell you are talking about!!! Considering next year’s schedule, no way they go 5-7, take it to the bank!!

          • Myopic Bruin fans have been proclaiming the end of SC football and how UCLA will take over, for years, but guess what we’re still here, signing the best players in California again this year!

          • Not just in Cali, but in the whole nation

The difference is USC can recruit nationally, and get future 1st round draft picks, Ruins at best bordering states…..it’s a know fact

I’m sure spudjice will come back with some lame-ass rebuttal

          • your right ..”it’s a know fact” that U are an idiot. U know jack squat about sports, much less recruiting. I don’t get caught up in number that are not final. Who cares how many alleged stars a kid racks up? Can the kid be coached up? Can he deliver on Saturdays when he’s needed? UCLA is ranked higher for those who care about recruiting ranks.

UCLA has the attention and imagination of these young men who want to be apart of something greater than themselves. UCLA is trending upward and will continue to ascend for many, many, many, many years to come. sc fans get to the back of the line now and stay there!

          • Hey spudjuice, looks like CREWless beat you to the LAME-ASS rebuttal

After 100 years the ruins decided to get serious about football, same old “dog and pony show” we’ve been getting out of you guys, year in and year out

          • They were serious about 60 years ago but then their coach Red Sanders died in the arms of a prostitute.

          • yeah, looks like your guys are killing it for the scouts as we speak. What’s that, Jetski and Datone are getting props while trogies are getting giggles? No, it can’t be.

          • Yup…all this talk about USC not recruiting at the “need” positions are nonsense.

S & QB were obviously the top of the list and they had those 2 covered long ago.

At OL, we can get all the players we like, but if LK keeps starting Audrey Walker at LT, forget it.

          • So, S and QB weren’t areas of “desperate need” or voids from graduation?

            Barkley, McDonald, Starling?

You’re correct on OL, as Kiffin needs to get his head out of his ass and go back to SC power football. Unfortunately, he’s too much like Al Davis: becomes blind to “bling” skill positions and forgets about the trenches.

      • How ironic, spudjuice calls someone blind when he lives in a closet with the door closed

    • But at the rate we are going we are going to end up with 2OL and no DL. Face it Lane is blowing this class big time.

      • What rate? Don’t count your eggs before they hatch….Check back Feb. 6, and we’ll see who has the better class, sanctions and all…

    • Marco, don’t you know anything about football? it doesn’t matter how many 5-star recruits you have, if they don’t play the positions in whic USC needs depth at…2 OLinemen is pathetic!!! 3 DLine decommits is super pathetic. Had USC replaced the 3 DLinemen with 3 other DL it would be okay, or had USC replaced the OLinement that de-committed, it would be okay too, the problem is USC did NOT replace them with the same position recruits, they instead offered to WRs and DBs and the completely neglected what their needs were…this my friend, makes this USC class the worst class in the last 9 years, at least. You heard it from me first…perhaps once you hear it from your own fans will you believe what I’m telling you.

      • Ruin4 life wrote:

“.this my friend, makes this USC class the worst class in the last 9 years, at least”

You make no sense at all, you know the ending, but yet only read the cover, idiot

        PS….don’t quit the day job

        .

        • I tell it like I see it, replace the DLinemen that de-committed, and get at least 2 more noteworthy OLinemen and I would change my mind. Idiot, your only area of expertise is how to convince straight men to have sex with you. freak. OUCH!!

          • You guys have the pretty little dresses on and think you’re something special, shit is shit you can’t disguise it

Now you guys have a recruiting boner and no where to put it, might be a case of premature ejaculation

2 wins in 14 years…pathetic…..closed out the season with 3 straight ass whipping….even more pathetic

First try winning a game that’s of national relevance…..Shit!…you can’t even get past the conference title game, what was I thinking!

          • 3 straight ass-whippings…sounds like the team you worship, oh wait! the team you worship was even worse losing 5 of their last 6 games – EVEN MORE PATHETIC!!! TOUCHE!!!! LMAFAO

  4. sounds like a bunch of mind numbing excuses from trogon-dumb fans. I guess players are only good if the “Sanctioned-ones offered the kid a scholi. I can’t wait to hear the propaganda after the collapse of the 2013 football season, sc will only win 5 or 6 games this year.

    • In recruiting, who offers a player tells the story…..in the Bruins 22 man class to date, there are only 3 players that SC offered, Goodman, Willis, and Morris, so until UCLA wins more head to head recruiting battles with SC, we wil continue tol be the football school in the ciy of angels.

      • Classic response. SC didn’t offer so they’re no good? Or so it was no contest? Tell that to Texas, Oklahoma etc. who were all after our OL commits. Maybe that SC didn’t offer tells something different. Maybe Lane’s getting lazy – like Pete did – relying only on stars and not on actual scouting for guys who really fit his system, whatever that may be? Maybe…

        • One thing you can say about Kiffin is that he’s relentless when it comes to recruiting, so I doubt it’s laziness. He just wasn’t interested in the linemen available in California this year, other than Falah….

          • UCLA isn’t pulling its best OL from California this year. Lane’s just chasing * to make it look like he knows what he’s doing.

        • kiffy is most like inept as appose to being lazy. let’s hope Haden awards kiffy with a new contract extension. I enjoy seeing the sideline cut away looks of hopelessness on kiffy’s face.

      • do your self a favor and stop sounding a programmed “stepford wives/ stepford sc fan.” All u guys sound alike. U know that is a bunch of Major B.S. C’mon dude just be real for once in your fan-hood-life. sc can offer but they don’t accept..

How awful do U feel about those 3 who chose to play at UCLA? UCLA is a desired destination by even those sc can’t bribe.

        • Don’t really miss Goodman or Willis, because Sua and McQuay are just as good if not better. The fact is that SC is the football school, and UCLA is the basketball school. You can hate on, but the facts are undisputable.

          • Don’t stop there, USC leads the series 46-28-7, 11 nattys to 1 for ucla, 6 heisman to 1 for ucla, 38 conference championships to 17 for ucla, 71.6 winning pct to 59.2 winning pct for the bruins, you get the point, so I’ll stop here, and like I said
football in Los Angeles is Cardinal and Gold!!!!

          • Blah, Blah, Blah. all these ancient history scholars (sc fans). U all love harkening back on those glorious lying, buying and cheating days of ole’. Can U spew some current miserable history? scratch that…. Let’s talk about the present and future.

          • Hey crewless your posting keeps spiraling deeper into the abyss further than anyone anticipated…..You never talk ruin football history because you’re too fucking embarressed of it….run along penis breath, go count your eggs

        • How about your boy McCarthy, the guy is overweight and moves like a slug…..some catch!…..

          • McCarthy? U have a problem with Big Mac? LoL!!!! Remember when I posted U were pathetic? I take that back. U R UBERLY, PATHETIC and IGNORANT on all things sports.
“U Big Dummy” Big Mac had at least 14 offers including “Sanctioned U.” Go ask Ed or Kenny how much did they covet Big Mac. Take the rest of 2013 off, you’ve earned it. Don’t think of it as a banishment, tell everyone it a “gifted” vacation.

          • You fucking idiot, that one flew right over your head….I’m talking about once he put the baby blue uniform on with the cute little bear on it, going forward……his stats were “out of this world”…..too much junk in the trunk
