Tough loss for the Trojans, who were up by 15 in the second half. The big talking point will be Cal coach Mike Montgomery shoving his star player, Allen Crabbe, in the chest. Crabbe left the bench he was so upset over the incident but returned and finished with 23 points.
J.T. Terrell led USC with 17 points while Byron Wesley and Jio Fontan each scored 16.
