The Trojans are going for their fifth straight victory. The last time USC won more than four games was in Dec., 2009. A big reason for the resurgence is USC’s offense. The Trojans average 70 points per game in Pacific-12 Conference games, the second-highest mark in conference.
Cal is also on a hot streak, winning four of its past five games, including Thursday’s victory over UCLA. Guard Allen Crabbe scored 27 when the Bears defeated USC, 72-64 on Jan. 5.
