USC athletic director Pat Haden was on the KTLA Morning News and asked about the hiring of basketball coach Andy Enfield and what it would mean.
“I think we’re going to win the national championship for the next 10 years,” Haden said.
He was joking, of course.
Enfield’s success depends on hitting the frees… if not, he will die a slow death like Paul Westhead did.
So, then Enfiled has to recruit kids who can shoot and play his style, and not get sucked into taking four and five star kids who might be “athletic freaks” but who can’t shoot, pass or handle the ball.
Did they ask Pat why he didn’t fire Lane Kiffin and make a hire of another up and coming coach from a rising program?
The guy just making a fool of himself and USC. He is NOT funny.
