Thomas wants to transfer to either USC or Georgia. The Miami native said he did not want to sign with Florida State but did so under duress because his mother wanted him to go there.
Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher has not released Thomas and plans to meet with him.
“Georgia needs linebackers. It’s a big program. I have family in Georgia,” Thomas told the Miami Herald. “USC, growing up I never thought I would have an opportunity that big. I just want to go have fun and play football.”

Your claim that Thomas threw his mother “under the bus” is untrue and simply a juvenile statement. He was such a good son that he originally followed his mother’s wishes. What an amazing child to sacrifice his own wants for the good of his mother’s happiness. What parent wouldn’t be proud. Upon observing Thomas’ dismay, his mother told him to seek his own wishes and attend school where he wanted to.
Please refrain from falsifying peoples lives in an attempt to make yourself feel important and clever. You are neither of those.

I have been reading CB’s garbage (do we really have a choice?) for quite some time now…..Based on his dated Jim Healy references, Charlie Bucket avatar, “thanks for the gumball” comments (referring to commercials from the early 1970’s), etc., it seems that he is probably in his early to mid-50’s, as I am……how pathetic an existence he must be living to continue this self deprecating charade…..typing things which he would never have the guts to actually say in front of those he ridicules…..what a coward….
It’s unfortunate such individuals exist in our community. We can only hope that the lessons life has for them, will be learned.
From what I have seen Charlie Bucket is having a great time, uses no mean or obscene language, and makes sense most of the time. I am more concerned with those who react with such anger and bitterness to his comments. I think he is so sexy!
