Former USC WR Steve Smith Retires

A key member of the Trojans’ 2004 national title team, Smith announced his retirement after six seasons. He was second in the NFL in receptions four years ago with 107 but was never the same after undergoing microfracture knee surgery and a mosaicplasty procedure in 2010.

Smith won a Super Bowl with the New York Giants and finished his career with 220 receptions, 2,386 yards and 12 touchdowns.

          • Jezro, this was documented, you know. i find empirical evidence to be rather compelling in establishing whether an incident actually occurred. i live by the tenets of the Scientific Method and do not make any comments that i have not carefully vetted and validated.
