USC Basketball Coach Andy Enfield On UCLA

Here is what the Trojans’ new coach said when asked about competing against crosstown rival UCLA.

“We respect UCLA’s tradition but this is about the future of USC basketball. It’s not about the past,” he said.

  1. Big talker. Andy, my boy, we’ve been getting our @$$ kicked for decades. Watch you mouth until you prove something. As a Haden hire, you better be on your best behavior. Now run along to drama class.

    • At least Haden didn’t hire a black female to coach men’s basketball.

    • Hey Dennis the packah’ how’s the peepin’ goin Dennie. Dennie how’s the peepin’?

I love your same old play lunchie then again just what have you done in your pathetic farm yard life cept mock a: former NFL qb, Rhodes Scholar and a proven businessman and you? #What are you ‘dennie the packa’

  2. Actually, I think what he said was quite reasonable. What would have him say — that UCLA has no basketball tradition? that we can never challenge UCLA? So, Joe, what he said is not worthy of “watch your mouth” and L’Angelo should take his (or her) racist crap someplace else.

    • Racist ? Haden has hired TWO black females, why not make it three or four ? Baseball still needs a coach.

    • He should show some respect! Just like that loser from the Fucla football program. He won one F ing game. Big deal.

  3. Some really sad commenters posting here. Not sure why anyone would consider either UCLA or USC as weak. One has a stronger basketball reputation, the other has football. People who did not attend either school seem to find it necessary to resort to name calling.

    • Have you been awake the last few years? SC football and fucla hoops have both been irrelevant. It’s not name calling to admit reality.

    • I hear Ralph’s has Pampers on sale, you might need a few boxes.
