  2. I show the players below as on scholarship for the 2013-2014 season:

    By my count, there are 75 players on scholarship for the next season, of which only 13 are seniors or red-shirt seniors. Unless USC is planning for 6 Juniors to jump to the NFL, I don’t see how they could sign 19 players in February.

    • Your list of players is not accurate. …Christian Heyward, Christian Thomas, and Junior Pomee are long gone….and don’t forget about potential transfers, academic ineligibility, etc….and remember that 4 year scholarships don’t exist. …they are a series of 1 year “renewable” scholarships….renewed at the discretion of the university. ……

  3. Kiffin knows what he is doing as far as recruiting.. No one can argue that.. so if he says he will be able to sign 19 players.. He knows what he is talking about..
