USC Track Adds Transfer

Georgia sprinter Tynia Gaither has transferred to USC, the first addition by new coach Caryl Smith-Gilbert.. She finished 12th in the 200 meters at the NCAA championships with a time of 23.23. Her best time in the 100 last season was 11.42 and she failed to qualify for the NCAA’s.

Gaither is immediately eligible because you do not need to sit out a year when you transfer in track.
